Fountain Park Place Ground Breaking

Today was the ground breaking ceremony for Fountain Park Place, a class A four story, 48,000 SF office building in downtown Rock Hill. This is the first phase in the Old Town East project located at the corner of Elizabeth & Main Streets. Also coming out of the ground soon will be a park/fountain located on what now is the municipal parking lot. This is project is a public private partnership between the City of Rock Hill and Comporium.
