Warren Norman Company is excited to announce the development of 15 new lots in Harlinsdale neighborhood. These lots will range from 0.54 - 1.77 acres. The neighborhood is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to I-77 exit 82. Neighbors can also join the Laurel Creek Swim and Racquet Club. The delivery of the lots will depend on customer response, but anticipate Summer 2014 construction for a 2015 lot delivery. A $10,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a lot.
