ROCK HILL, S.C. (November 2, 2015) – In recent weeks, The
Warren Norman Company (WNC) has continued
to play an integral part in the growth and success of the Rock Hill - York
County area with new lease signings in five commercial centers totaling about
16,500 square feet.
WNC leased a 1,492 square-foot
office condo in Rock Hill’s Millwood Office Condominiums, the Hunter Building,
to house the East Coast Operations Center of Inco-Check, Inc. a company that provides quality control and compliance
services to meet the needs of today’s top lenders, banks, financial
institutions, and capital markets. Tenant rep was Randy Graham with Sperry Van Ness, Southern
Commercial Real Estate.
Warren Norman
also represented
State Farm in its quest to evaluate and lease 1,638 square feet at Fort Mill’s Springfield Town Center, the centerpiece of a mixed-use
development designed for up to 680 homes, anchored by Harris Teeter and master-planned by Clear
Springs Development.
Rock Hill’s
Hunter’s Quest shopping center will now be home to an Ohio-based franchise’s
first store in Carolinas thanks to WNC’s efforts to find just the right 1,180
square-foot space for the new Pulp
Juice and Smoothie Bar.
WNC has
also been busy developing, building and leasing another new 15,000 SF retail
center in Rock Hill, which will welcome four well-known businesses:
- · Hickory Tavern -- 6,500 square feet; tenant rep: Scott Mileham, New South Properties
- · Firehouse Subs -- 1,800 square feet
- · The Joint physical therapy, -- 1,250 square feet
- · Blush Nail Bar & Spa --1,450 square feet; a second Rock Hill location
In addition, Andrea Walters with WNC
represented the landlord at Riverview Commons shopping center in Rock Hill to
ink deals with Maple Street Monograms for its second South Carolina location (2,750
square feet), and with Gionino's Pizzeria, an Ohio-based franchise opening its first location in South
Carolina (1,200 square feet).
