Two new businesses to open in Rock Hill!

    The Warren Norman Company is excited to announce the lease signings for two new franchises in Rock Hill: Famous Toastery and Orange Theory Fitness.

     Famous Toastery will lease 4,244 square feet at the stand-alone building located at 2215 India Hook Road. This will be the second location in York County for the breakfast hot spot! Tenant representative was Josh Beaver with the Nichols Company.

     Orange Theory Fitness will lease 3,000 square feet in the Hickory Tavern Center located at 2674 Celanese Road. This will be the fitness franchise’s first location in York County. Orange Theory Fitness is a class based, 60-minute workout designed to push you into the “Orange Zone”.  Tenant representative was Scott Milldam with New South Properties of the Carolinas.
